This is where Wingzman started. Over 30 lakh e-rickshaw drivers in India run on lead-acid packs that are exhausted inside a year, and the reason is rarely ignorance — it is that a lithium pack costs more on the day you buy it. We work on both halves of that problem: better packs, and a way to pay for them that matches how a driver actually earns.
Capabilities
LFP packs built for Indian duty cycles — heat, dust, rough roads and daily deep discharge — with a BMS that protects the cells rather than just reporting on them.
EMI plans arranged with RBI-regulated lending partners, so a driver can upgrade without finding the full amount up front. Terms and charges are set out in the Key Fact Statement before anything is signed.
A 360° credit view that reads informal earning patterns alongside formal bureau data, so drivers who are creditworthy but thin-file are not turned away by default.

Replacements are rounded up. A set that expires eleven months into a five-year period still has to be bought. Rounding down here is the most common way this comparison gets quietly tilted towards lead-acid.
Charging cost = working days × 12 × years × units per charge × tariff, assuming one full charge per working day. Lead-acid draws more from the wall for the same useful energy, which is why the two figures differ.
Not included: financing cost if the pack is bought on EMI, resale or scrap value of either option, water topping and maintenance on lead-acid, and earnings lost to downtime when a set fails mid-shift. The last two favour lithium; the first depends on your terms — use the EMI calculator for that.
Lithium life assumes reasonable charging behaviour. Habitually charging to 100% and parking in direct sun will not deliver the figure you enter above.
