Raise a Complaint
Something wrong with your Wingzman battery? Tell us here and we will log it, give you a reference number, and put the right engineer on it.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after I submit a complaint?+
You get a reference number on screen straight away — keep it, as it is what you quote when you call. The complaint goes to the Wingzman support tray, is matched to your battery, and routed to the service engineer covering your city. You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, and most issues are resolved within 7 working days.
I do not know my battery serial number. Can I still complain?+
Yes. Enter whatever is on the label — a serial we do not recognise is still accepted, because customers mistype them and the complaint is logged either way. Also fill in the shop or dealer you bought from and the purchase date: together those find the sale when a serial number cannot.
Why do you ask for my pincode as well as my city?+
A city name can span two service areas. The pincode decides which engineer is despatched, so giving it usually means a faster visit.
How is a complaint different from the grievance process?+
Use this form for a product or service fault — a battery that will not charge, dropped backup, an installation problem. Use the grievance redressal process if you are unhappy with how a complaint was handled, or for billing, loan and conduct matters; it names a Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer, publishes timelines, and sets out escalation to the lender and thereafter to the Reserve Bank of India.
How many complaints can I raise?+
Up to three an hour from one mobile number. If you hit that limit and the matter is urgent, call +91 70152 09324 instead.
