Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Wingzman website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Lumetronix Bluetech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 246 PH-IV, Udyog Vihar, Industrial Complex Dundahera, Gurgaon – 122016, Haryana. CIN: U27201HR2025PTC131958.

When you buy a Wingzman battery using financing arranged through the Platform, two distinct contracts come into existence:

These contracts are independent of one another. In particular:

• •A defect in, or dispute about, the battery does not suspend, reduce or extinguish your obligation to repay the loan. Your repayment obligation runs to the lender, who has already paid for the goods.
• •Equally, a dispute about your loan does not affect your rights against us in respect of the battery, including warranty rights.
• •Claims about the battery go to us. Claims about the loan go to the lender. Section 9 explains where to raise each.

If you have any doubt about which contract a question falls under, contact our Grievance Officer (section 9) and we will tell you.

We are not a lender. Lumetronix Bluetech Private Limited is a Lending Service Provider (“LSP”) as defined under the Reserve Bank of India (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025. We are engaged by Regulated Entities (“REs”) — banks and non-banking financial companies licensed by the Reserve Bank of India — to perform customer acquisition and application facilitation on their behalf.

All lending decisions, including whether to sanction a loan, on what terms, and at what price, are made solely by the RE. We do not sanction loans, set interest rates, or decide your eligibility.

3.1 Disclosure of our interest

We sell the batteries that the financing is used to purchase. We therefore earn revenue from the sale of goods to you, in addition to any arrangement we have with the lender.

We tell you this so that you can weigh our role appropriately. You are under no obligation to finance your purchase through the Platform, and you are free to purchase a battery from us using your own funds or financing obtained elsewhere. Choosing not to use the financing offered through the Platform will not affect the price of the goods or your rights in respect of them.

3.2 Money does not pass through us

Loan disbursal is made directly by the RE, and your repayments are made directly to the RE. No loan money passes through Lumetronix Bluetech Private Limited’s accounts.

3.3 We do not undertake collections

We do not perform loan collection or recovery activity. If you fall behind on repayments, you will be contacted by the RE or by a recovery agent engaged by the RE — not by us. The RE is required to give you advance notice of the identity of any recovery agent before that agent contacts you.

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Loan eligibility is determined separately by the RE and is not guaranteed by your use of the Platform.

Fees payable in connection with a loan vary by lending partner and product.

Every fee you will be charged is disclosed to you in the Key Fact Statement before you accept a loan. The Key Fact Statement states the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), which is the all-inclusive annualised cost of the loan and includes any fee charged by us as well as charges levied by the lender.

We will not charge you any fee that has not been disclosed in the Key Fact Statement.

The price of the battery is stated separately at the point of sale and is not a loan charge.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information; to use the Platform only for lawful purposes; not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or financial position; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or interfere with its operation; and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately at admin@wingzman.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, software and the Wingzman name and marks, is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• •lending decisions taken by the RE, including refusal of a loan;
• •the terms, pricing or performance of any loan agreement between you and an RE;
• •losses arising from your provision of inaccurate information;
• •indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

• •our obligations in respect of goods sold by us, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and any warranty we give;
• •liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• •any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If a loan complaint is not resolved within 30 days, is rejected, or you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Reserve Bank of India via the Complaint Management System at cms.rbi.org.in, the Sachet portal at sachet.rbi.org.in, or the toll-free number 14448.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or by a lending partner.

Termination of Platform access does not affect any subsisting loan agreement between you and an RE, or any obligation under a completed sale of goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Platform and by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. The current version and its effective date appear at the top of this page.
