Company
A battery company that started with the hardest customer
Wingzman is operated by Lumetronix Bluetech Private Limited, with its head office in Gurgaon and field operations in Indore and Ujjain. We began with e-rickshaw drivers — the customers with the least room for a battery that underperforms and the least access to credit to buy a better one.
Solving that well meant getting good at four things at once: choosing cells that survive Indian conditions, monitoring packs in the field, underwriting borrowers the formal system overlooks, and turning up when something breaks. Those same four capabilities are what a factory sizing a storage system or a household replacing an inverter battery needs — so the company now serves all three.
We publish our reasoning openly, in the chapter series and articles on this site, because the fastest way to make this market work is for buyers to be able to check the claims they are given — including ours.

How we operate
Three things we hold to
Say what the numbers say
Storage does not pay everywhere, and lithium is not always the answer. Where the arithmetic does not support a sale, we would rather publish that than sell around it — which is why the explainers on this site include the cases against.
Own the whole relationship
Supply, installation, monitoring and service in one place. A pack that nobody will come and look at is a pack whose warranty is theoretical.
Finance the people the system skips
Most e-rickshaw drivers are creditworthy and thin-file at the same time. Underwriting that reads real earning patterns is what turns that from a rejection into a loan.
Wingzman is not a lender. Credit is provided by RBI-regulated NBFC partners — see lending partners and our grievance redressal process.
